The Indian Summer is a time of soft and sunny weather, between the autumn frosts and the dark winter. At the beginning of October, we made the best of this pleasant period to road trip accross Quebec for a few days. At this time, the forests come alive with iridescent colours, especially the Maples as they show off fantastic shades of red, yellow and orange. An explosion of colour, aroma and tastes welcomes the arrival of autumn, offering a breathtaking spectacle.
